Building of the first resident of the industrial Phoenix park will begin in the second quarter 2018

It has taken place the working meeting on implementation of the investment project of the first resident of the industrial Phoenix park of the Alvidprof company.

At the beginning of the meeting the CEO for Corporation of investment-driven development of the Smolensk region Konstantin Kassirov has summed up the work results following the results of the construction of the park within last year and has designated plans for 2018.

"At the request of the Governor Alexey Ostrovsky the Smolensk region has taken part in the competitive selection on granting a subsidy from the federal budget for building of infrastructure in the industrial parks. Following the results, it will be provided 243 million rubles from means of the federal budget to the region in 2018 which will be directed to completion of construction of engineering infrastructure of the industrial Phoenix park. The total amount of financing will be more than 300 million rubles taking into account means of the regional budget", - Konstantin Kassirov has emphasized.

The CEO of ALVIDPROF, LLC Artem Zhuravlev has told that during preliminary work on the project the company has come to conclusion about need of increase in the land plot.

"We have addressed to Corporation for investment-driven development of the Smolensk region for the operational solution of the matter and the corporation doubled the site for us".

Nowadays the project is in an active stage according to the Project manager of ALVIDPROF, LLC Dmitry Panin.

Implementation of the investment project on construction of the enterprise producing the aluminum shape of all-construction appointment and also a profile according to individual drawings of the customer is planned for term form 2017 till 2021. The planned volume of investment is 424 million rubles. Quantity of jobs is more than 200.
