Construction of electric substation in the industrial park Phoenix is completing

It is completing the construction of the main object of engineering infrastructure of the state industrial Phoenix park the transformer substation from which the new enterprises will receive energy. Nowadays two transformers are installed in the territory of the industrial park Phoenix.

Power of the substation is 22,25 MW, 7 km of the high-voltage line have been laid before installation of the substation.

The constructed substation takes the Smolensk industrial park to the next level of readiness for placement of manufacturing enterprises.

During the next inspection of the construction representatives of Management of capital construction of the Smolensk region and the management company of the park have made sure of high quality of the carried-out works and have discussed the current questions of the construction with experts of the contractor Sikam, LLC.

According to the schedule all installation and construction works by an electrotechnical part in the park and improvement of the territory of the substation will be complete this year. Water supply and water disposal facilities will appear in 2018.

It should be reminded that the industrial park Phoenix became one of the first parks in Russia where there is a work on building of communications (gas, electricity, water supply) and involvement of residents at the same time that will considerably reduce terms of launch date of the project.
