Products Made by the Resident of the Phoenix State Industrial Park Keeps Conquering the CIS Market
Proizvodstvennaya Energeticheskaya Kompaniya (Power Generating Company), an electrical power equipment manufacturer, which has recently become a resident of the Phoenix State Industrial Park, has taken part in two international exhibitions, such as EnergyExpo2018 (Belarus) and PowerExpo Almaty 2018 (Kazakhstan). This has become possible through the assistance of the Export Support Centre of the Smolensk Region, which has undertaken expenditures on leasing the exhibition space, paid registration fees and partially covered the costs for the exhibition stand designing. The company's participation in exhibitions has led to holding negotiations with Belarusian and Kazakh partners and making arrangements on the products’ supply to new customers.
It should be recalled that Proizvodstvennaya Energeticheskaya Kompaniya was founded in 2015 and has gradually become the third plant in the world and the first one in Russia, representing Graziadio company based in Italy, which deals with busbar systems’ production. At present the industrial enterprise has no rivals in Russia, in addition, the manufactured products being competitive against similar goods made by European and Asian producers are export-oriented. The company provides high quality products at a lower price comparing to foreign producers. According to the representatives of the companies using this equipment, there hasn’t been a case of the equipment malfunctioning for the last 58 years.
The new production facility set up in the Phoenix State Industrial Park will allow for increasing the sales volume up to 300 mln. roubles in the next 10 years. The project implementation will help create at least 20 new jobs for the locals and provide the wage level being above average in the region.
In addition, it is expected to extend the product range and meet the challenge related to import substitution and improving export potential.
