The Smolensk region has been disbursed 243 million rubles for construction of the industrial Phoenix park

At the request of the Governor Alexey Ostrovsky the Smolensk region took part in the competitive selection on providing of subsidy from the federal budget for the building of infrastructure of industrial parks made by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Following the results it will be provided 243 million rubles from means of the federal budget to the region in 2018, the sum  will be directed to completion of construction of engineering infrastructure of the industrial Phoenix park. The total amount of financing will be more than 300 million rubles taking into account means of the regional budget.

It should be noted that the Smolensk region becomes the winner of competitive selection of the Ministry of Economic Development for the fourth year in a row. At the same time the volume of subsidies provided this year is a record volume for the region during implementation of the project on creation of engineering infrastructure of the industrial Phoenix park. It should be reminded that last year over 140 million rubles were directed to these purposes from the federal budget.

The allocated funds will allow to complete completely construction of the infrastructure of the park, including the highway to the object and to activate involvement of residents in it. All amounts of works in the industrial Phoenix park will be complete in the first quarter of 2019, the beginning of operation of the main transformer substation and also construction of water intake facilities (artesian wells) and sewage facilities are planned for this time.
