Walzmatic Has Started Onsite Engineering Surveys in the Phoenix Industrial Park

According to the information posted on the official website of the Phoenix Industrial Park managing company, one of the Park residents, Walzmatic company, has started engineering surveys on the provided land plot since May, 28.

Engineering surveys and design works are performed in compliance with all the applicable standards and regulations. The company expects to complete project design works and start construction in August 2018.

It should be recalled that Walzmatic is a Russian-based company, manufacturing import-substitution equipment for the agricultural and logistics centres. The plant, which knows no equals in Russia, is fitted with the state of the art equipment manufactured in Europe.

Construction of the plant at the territory of the Phoenix State Industrial Park will allow for the introduction of extra capacities, production ramp-up, sales markets’ expansion, as well as for the logistical costs reduction in terms of the constituent parts’ delivery. It is also worth noting that the investor plans to transfer the whole of the production to the new location, which is currently operating in the Moscow Region.

The total investment volume will amount to 165 mln. Rub., however the plant construction is to be performed in two stages, the first of which is expected to be finished by the end of 2018, the second one will be completed by the end of 2019.
